This year for the first time the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival expands to our neighboring county to the north, Broward. Many residents of Broward are MGLFF members and we are pleased to announce official festival screenings and parties in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival at the beautiful Cinema Paradiso in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Four exciting & entertaining film and video programs highlight this year's "Festival in Broward" program, held during the Festival's first weekend, Saturday, April 26th and Sunday, April 27th. If you're new or returning to the Festival, get a taste for what MGLFF is all about- and plan on joining us for the rest of the week for our Miami events, in South Beach.

All Screenings held at Cinema Paradiso, 503 SE 6th Street., Fort. Lauderdale, on the south side of the New River, one block East of the Broward County Courthouse.

Saturday April 26 10:00pm - SPECIAL EARLY OPENING FOR MGLFF PATRONS

COPA PARTY 2800 South Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale Come celebrate MGLFF's first official night in Broward at the always popular and boy-heavy dance club. $25 Ticket ($23 for members) includes entrance, VIP Lounge with one hour open bar and nosh, plus either 7:00pm screening of Friends and Family or 9:00pm screening of Luster.

Sunday April 27 11:00pm KICK'S PARTY 1980 NW 9th Avenue. Fort Lauderdale Come and capture some action of your own at this popular Fort Lauderdale sports bar for women. Join us for our first year in Broward- with star Chrystal Donbrath-Zinga from Girl King. $25 Ticket ($23 for members) includes entrance plus either 7:00pm screening of Global Passions or 9:00pm screening of Girl King
