The Festival office accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Please note: There will be no refunds, exchanges or replacements on any tickets once they have been sold.

MEMBERS & SPONSORS: remember, discounted, complimentary & priority entrance tickets for Members & Sponsors are ONLY available through the MGLFF office. Do not call the Gusman or Colony box offices or TicketMaster for discounted, complimentary or priority entrance tickets.

If you are not already a member but would like to avail yourself of membership benefits for this year's Festival, indicate the level of membership you desire, add that amount to your ticket order and you will receive all appropriate discounts & complimentary tickets at this time.

TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS:
Indicate in the space provided on the ticket order form how you would like to receive your tickets. As any attendee of the Festival in previous years can tell you, our Festival is wildly popular, so avoiding long line-ups at the theater is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! However, if you are unable to arrange to pick up your tickets in advance, Festival will-call tables will be available at the Gusman & Colony theaters. You must bring photo I.D. as tickets will only be released to the purchaser.

General Sales Beginning April 1, tickets for all screenings and events go on sale to the general public. Members and Sponsors Only Tickets to all Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival events and screenings will be available beginning March 15th to members and sponsors only. Members receive discounts, free tickets and other benefits throughout the year including priority admission to each screening during the Film Festival. If you are not a member and would like to be, check out the details on page 25 and join by calling the Festival office at 305-534-9924 so you can start ordering your tickets today (or include your membership purchase in your ticket order). Festival memberships are good for one annual Festival only and expire as of July 1st each year. If you have not renewed your membership for the 2002 Festival you will need to so before being able to purchase discounted tickets from the Festival office. Discounted, complimentary & priority entrance tickets for members & sponsors are ONLY available through the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (MGLFF) office and ONLY up to 2 days IN ADVANCE of any screening (if not already sold out). Members who do not take advantage of their advance purchase privileges from the MGLFF office can only buy tickets at full-price from TicketMaster or the Colony/Gusman box offices and will not have access to the priority entrance lines with these tickets. Returning members please note we are not using the membership badge card system this year. Instead, each free ticket you receive and discounted ticket you purchase will have a special color-coded coupon attached to it to indicate your priority entrance privileges.

Pick-Up at the MGLFF office starting April 1. Phone/faxed orders can be picked up 48 hours after placing your order & up to 3 pm on the day of the screening WEEKDAYS ONLY during the Festival, Friday, April 26 & Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3rd, at the MGLFF office:

Couriered To You Via Fed-Ex/UPS if you authorize us to use your credit card number for the "BILL TO RECIPIENT" option on Fed-Ex or UPS waybills.

Mailed To You U.S. Post Via Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation (Only before April 20). A fee of $6.00 per order will apply for this option.

MGLFF Will-Call Table at the theater. It is strongly suggested you arrive at least one hour in advance before your first screening to pick up your orders to avoid the long lines.
